It's my birthday today and I am ONE! I can hardly sit still to take a photo because the world is so interesting and fun.
But I am getting very tall and I speak too. I say 'mama,' 'dada,' 'nitenite,' 'peekaboo,' 'ssss' (for Saxon) and my personal favorite 'hello'.
I love to say 'hello.' Every morning when my mom comes in the get me up, I say to her over and over, "hello, hello, hello!" I say it to Saxon and my dad and even Kari. I say hello to myself in the mirror. Who knew that "hello" could be such a useful word?
Saxon has promised me cupcakes later for my little party this afternoon. Stay posted for more birthday photos!

Happy Birthday Sweet Trixie! You are so cute and besides being quite a "talker" I hear you could probably walk if you would only let go! Maybe the birthday festivities will be a motivation.
